Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Returns – International (excluding New Zealand & Australia)

For approved international returns, customers may arrange return shipping using their preferred carrier.

If you would prefer us to arrange the return for you, we can provide a DHL Express return label and return instructions once your request is approved.
Where this service is used, a flat NZD $75 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve your return and confirm the preferred return method.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

As duties and taxes were collected at checkout, these will be refunded in full once your return is received, inspected, and approved.


Returns – New Zealand & Australia

Once your return or exchange request is approved, please arrange to ship your item back using your preferred carrier.

There is no return shipping fee for New Zealand or Australian customers.

Exchanges for NZ and AU customers can be processed once your returned item is received and inspected.



Exchanges (Overseas Customers)

Due to international customs rules and pre-paid duties, we are unable to process direct exchanges for overseas customers.

If you require a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the standard return condition requirements.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
