Shipping policy

STANDARD Shipping in New Zealand

Delivery for New Zealand orders are $10 or free over NZD$175. 

Delivery to any NZ address (excluding PO Boxes) is by courier, please allow 4-8 working days for delivery,  we aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. 

When your goods are dispatched you will receive an email to let you know that your purchase is on its way, complete with a courier tracking number.  

STANDARD Delivery to the Rest of the World

All deliveries are dispatched from Gallant Equestrian in Auckland, New Zealand. 

  • Free delivery for all Global orders valued at $350 NZD or more
  • Shipping is NZD$20 to Australia, if your order is valued under NZD$350
  • Shipping is NZD$40 for the rest of the world, if your order is valued under NZD$350

All international parcels are sent Duty Unpaid. If any taxes, duties or VAT are to be paid for the import of the parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries, for further information please contact your local customs office. 

All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
