Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Returns – International (excluding New Zealand & Australia)

For approved international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using their preferred carrier.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve your return and provide the correct return instructions and address details.

Returned items must comply with our Returns Policy and be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Returns – New Zealand & Australia

Once your return or exchange request is approved, please arrange to ship your item back using your preferred carrier.

There is no return shipping fee for New Zealand or Australian customers.

Exchanges for NZ and AU customers can be processed once your returned item is received and inspected.


Exchanges (Overseas Customers)

Need a different size or colour? No problem.

Customers are responsible for returning the original item to us. Once the item has been received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item at our cost.

As Gallant Equestrian includes duties and taxes within the purchase price, no separate refund is available for duties, taxes, or import charges relating to the original shipment.

All exchange items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel and must meet the standard return condition requirements.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
