Standard delivery: NZD $10

Free shipping on all NZ orders over NZD $175

Orders are shipped via NZ Post (excluding PO Boxes) 

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

Order are picked up by NZ Post Daily, Monday - Friday 

International Shipping

All international orders are dispatched from Gallant Equestrian HQ in Auckland, New Zealand and shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping Rates:

Free express shipping on all global orders over NZD $400

Orders under NZD $400:

Australia: AUD $25

Orders under AUD $1,000 are shipped GST-free with no charges on delivery.

Rest of World: NZD $60

Delivery Timeframes:

Australia: Overnight – 4 days

Japan: 3–5 days

USA & Canada: 2–5 days

UK & EU: 3–5 days

Brazil: 6–8 days

Middle East: 5 - 8 days

Duties & Taxes:

All international orders (outside New Zealand) ship DDTP (Delivery Duties & Taxes Paid) via DHL Express.

This means that all duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price.

US Orders — Shipping, Tariffs & Duties

All U.S. orders ship Duty Paid. Again, this means that all duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price.
